Over half of the students in the Colfax School District participate in the free/reduced lunch program, and in some cases these are the only reliable meals these children can depend on each day - but what about the weekend?
CATALYSTCHURCH is excited to partner with the Colfax School District to provide ACT!ONPACKS: backpacks filled with easy-to-prep, grab-and-go food items children can take home to use over the weekend. We will be providing the food and filling the backpacks, the school will handle the logistics of distributing them to the children who need them.
You can help by donating financially toward the purchase of bulk food items, packing the backpacks and delivering them to the school on the last school day of the week, or by bringing any of the following food items to our Hillcrest Campus:
